In order to realize the mission and vision of PETISOS, our work is organized around the following:

• Action for Children’s Rights

In the field, we carry out a diverse array of activities with children, adolescents and families that dynamically work toward preventing the abuse of children’s rights and restoring and promoting already rights that have already been violated.

• Collaboration

Working with local and regional community and governmental networks, PETISOS seeks to influence public policy changes that support the protection of children’s rights.

• Research and Training

We strive to promote new tools and knowledge that will support our efforts to prevent the abuse of, promote and restore children’s rights.

• Media

Our principal objective is to provide a voice for children and adolescents in the public discourse as contributing members of society through public campaigns and community education projects.
